How does your CBD rewards program work?

First you’ll want to sign up by creating an Equilibria account – it’s free to join! By signing up, you’ll be placed in our Bronze tier where you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend! Once you’ve spent $500 with us, you’ll upgrade to our Silver tier where you receive 1.5 points for every dollar you spend. Then, once you spend $1500 with us you’ll be upgraded to our Gold tier. This gives you 2 points for every dollar spent. Plus, receive an extra 50 points for subscription renewal order!

Can I still join if I’m not a subscriber? 

Yes! You’re part of our CBD rewards program from the moment you create an account with us, and will earn EQ Rewards Points for every order you place in the shop or—if you choose to subscribe—when your subscription order renews.

 

Is there a limit to how many points I can collect?

The limit does not exist! As long as you remain an active member at myeq.com. Keep in mind that an active status is determined by purchase behavior, so a lapse in activity lasting longer than 6 months may result in forfeit of points balance.

 

How do I redeem points? 

EQ Rewards Points can be redeemed toward orders in our Shop at any time. 250 points = $10 to spend. Your EQ Rewards Points will be available as a payment method at checkout, or on the Edit Subscription screen underneath your Account—just click into Payment Details and indicate that you’d like to redeem your available EQ Rewards Points.

 

It’s important to note that once you choose to redeem your points, they will immediately become store credit. This action cannot be undone. However, the store credit will remain in your account until you are ready to use it, and will never expire!
