Habit stacking is the process of integrating new habits into your day by pairing them with existing healthy habits. James Clear, the author of Atomic Habits, says, “We often decide what to do based on what we have just finished doing.” You might already have habits that are so well ingrained that you do not have to think about them, like taking a shower, brushing your teeth, or exercising. These healthy habits can be used to build other good habits, like building your customized CBD routine.
