Our Top Tips for Better Sleep
Turn off the Devices
It is so easy to get distracted by constant text messages or endless scrolling. More so, studies have show staring at a screen before you snooze can have a big impact on your quality of sleep. Cora, our Social Media Manager, limits her use of technology and screen exposure at least an hour before bed. If you need to ease into this, try setting your device to ‘do not disturb’ to keep distractions at bay. Meredith from our creative team recommends swapping your phone for a book to avoid ‘doom scrolling’ night after night.
Take some time for yourself
Having a wind down routine can help you stick to your bedtime and give you something to look forward to each evening.
