How do I take the Daily Drops?
The Daily Drops are meant to be taken sublingually (underneath the tongue). Hold the oil underneath your tongue for at least 60 seconds, or until most of it absorbs, then swallow any remainder.
By absorbing into your sublingual glands, the CBD bypasses your digestive system and directly hits your bloodstream – delivering “fast-acting” support. The Daily Drops (Regular OR Extra Strength) have an onset of 10-30 minutes, lasting about 4-6 hours.
Can I use the Daily Drops as-needed, instead of consistently?
The Daily Drops are meant to be taken daily and consistently. While some people experience the benefits of CBD when used as-needed only, the maximized results come when it’s taken daily and consistently. In fact, many of our members find that their best results come around 3 months into following a daily, consistent routine.

How long will my bottle of Daily Drops last?
Regular Strength Drops Supply: The Regular Strength Daily Drops (300mg/30ml) gives you enough oil to take up to 1 full dropper (10mg/1mL) per day, for 30 days.
Regular Strength Drops Dosage Breakdown:
- 1 full dropper = 10mg/1mL
- ¾ dropper = 7.5mg/0.75mL
- ½ dropper = 5mg/0.5mL
- ¼ dropper = 2.5mg/0.25mL
Extra Strength Drops Supply: The Extra Strength Daily Drops (1500mg/30ml) is 5x as potent as our Regular Strength and gives you enough oil to take up to 1 full dropper (50mg/1mL) per day, for 30 days. Since the Extra Strength is incredibly concentrated, we recommend starting low and going slow. For example, most of our members start by taking a ¼ dropper (12.5mg/0.25mL) 1-2x per so depending on your “sweet spot”, the bottle may last you longer than 30 days!

Why is routine so important?
