Can I travel with your products?
Our full-spectrum CBD products always contain less than 0.3% THC, which makes them federally legal. It’s perfectly safe to travel domestically anywhere in the US with your CBD. The TSA even says so on its website!
The laws around full-spectrum CBD vary from country to country, so we suggest researching local laws before traveling with CBD internationally.

Can I drink alcohol while using your products?
Everyone’s body chemistry is different, including the ways in which we metabolize various substances. Alcohol, like many wellness supplements, is metabolized in the liver, which does present the risk of interaction. Should you decide to drink alcohol while following a wellness routine, we suggest taking it slow and skipping doses of your wellness supplements on days when you have more than a drink or two. Additionally, because alcohol is a sedative, we suggest taking extra care when combining alcohol with our sleep products.
