1. Start taking CBD
Once you have your CBD at home, read our Quick Start Guide (link above) for suggested dosage routine by product. Keep in mind that the effects of CBD are subtle and take time, and there isn’t a one-size fits-all CBD dose or routine. We recommend keeping a journal so you know when and how your body reacts to dosage changes.
2. Talk to Us
Book a dosage consultation with our team that falls at least a week after you’ve started taking CBD daily. With more information about your life, health goals, and CBD experience so far, your dosage specialist can make suggestions to make Equilibria work best for you. We can help you find your CBD “sweet spot”!
3. Stay Consistent
Every woman’s body is different. Many members report that just like with medications and vitamins, 2-3 months of consistent, daily use is needed to see results. Taking CBD every day is critical to maintaining positive, healthy results. And you won’t need to predict when you’re going to need it most–you’ll always be ready to head off trouble before it starts.

Q: What should CBD feel like?
A: CBD is more about what you don’t feel than what you do. The goal of taking CBD is to support balance in your body, and combat the damage that stress may cause. It’s about not feeling edgy when you typically do. It’s about not experiencing inflammation. It’s about not being upset when you walk into a messy kitchen.
Q: How much do I take to start?
A: On average, our members take about 20mg-30mg CBD/day. Our Balance and Brilliance boxes are both equipped with 20mg/day for 30 days. With CBD, the goal is to find the lowest, most effective dose. Once you’ve given this starting dosage a try, you and your Dosage Specialist can work together to tweak your routine. We love to see positive results in the first 2-3 weeks but we see the BEST results after 2-3 months of consistent use.
To relax and get ready for bed, we recommend one dropper about an hour before you get in bed. If you have trouble with restless nights, take a softgel with dinner.
Daytime Support + Focus
For daytime support, try taking a softgel with breakfast for an extended release all day. If you’re not a breakfast eater, try using a ½ dropper (5mg/0.5ml) in the morning, and another ½ dropper (5mg/0.5ml) midafternoon. In addition to your morning softgel, or daytime droppers, you can also add in an as-needed ½ dropper (5mg/0.5ml) during peak times of stress.
