I’m so glad you’re here. It takes time and commitment to start a new wellness routine, but the results are more than worth it. We’re dedicated to helping women find balance in their lives in the face of stress, discomfort, and chronic conditions. The best way to start with CBD, mushrooms, and other functional wellness ingredients is to start taking them daily. Then one of my team’s Certified Wellness Coaches can help you adjust your routine to make those products as effective as possible for your needs. We are here for you to find your balance, every step of the way.

Getting started with your products

1. Start taking them daily
Once you have your products at home, read our Quick Start Guide (link above). The effects of CBD, mushrooms, and other functional ingredients are subtle at first, needing time to build up in your system, and since every body is different there isn’t a one-size fits-all dose or routine. We recommend keeping a journal so you know when and how your body reacts to dosage changes.

2. Talk to Us
Book a consultation with one of our Certified Wellness Coaches after one week of use. With more information about your life, health goals, and product experience so far, your coach can make suggestions to make Equilibria work best for you.

3. Stay Consistent
Don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t feel like it’s working right away. Every woman’s body is different and taking supplements every day is critical to maintaining positive, healthy results. Just like with medications and vitamins, it can take up to 2-3 months to see the full benefits of a balanced body and mind.

Q: What should CBD feel like?
A: CBD is more about what you don’t feel than what you do. The goal of taking CBD is to support balance in your body, and combat the damage that stress may cause. It’s about not feeling edgy when you typically do. It’s about not experiencing exercise-induced inflammation. It’s about not being upset when you walk into a messy kitchen.

Q: How much do I take to start?
A: On average, our members take about 20mg-30mg CBD/day. Our Essential+, Calm+, and Relief+ Bundles are popular options for those who are just starting out. With CBD, the goal is to find the lowest, most effective dose. Once you’ve given this starting dosage a try, you and your Dosage Specialist can work together to tweak your routine. We love to see positive results in the first 2-3 weeks but we see the BEST results after 2-3 months of consistent use.

Suggested Uses
Evening Support
To relax and get ready for bed, we recommend one dropper about an hour before you get in bed. If you have trouble with restless nights, take a softgel with dinner.
Daytime Support + Focus
For daytime support, try taking a softgel with breakfast for an extended release all day. If you’re not a breakfast eater, try using a ½ dropper (5mg/0.5ml) in the morning, and another ½ dropper (5mg/0.5ml) midafternoon. In addition to your morning softgel, or daytime droppers, you can also add in an as-needed ½ dropper (5mg/0.5ml) during peak times of stress.
