How to Use Our Sleep Melts

Start with ½ of a Melt and evaluate how you’re feeling. If you find that dose isn’t working for you, you can slowly increase to one full Sleep Melt the next time you need sleep support.
To Take Your Rapid Sleep Melt:
- Wet your mouth with a sip of water and swallow.
- Place the Melt under your tongue and allow it to fully dissolve before swallowing, usually less than 5 minutes.
- After taking your Melt, wait at least 10-15 minutes before brushing your teeth.
